A brief history of Bromsgrove's neighbouring parish, by popular local historian Andrew Harris. The dark age roots of the parish and the Domesday Book entry are investigated, and there is a description of the church and the schools. The salt works and their eventual owner, John Corbett, are also covered, as well as the appearance of the needle industry in the parish using some of the several water mills. The booklet includes 36 water colours of local scenes painted by Anne Aldham.
